Rockwell pipe shower tester is designed according to the relevant standard requirements of IEC60335、NO13.2.3 in the IEC60529 and IEC60068, Used to detect the protective performance of the apparatus which has anti-drenched function. The swing of the angle using fixed angle stalls (such as 60、90 and 180 degrees)of the motor drive control ways or matching stepper motor drive control ways.

l Placed tube radius: 0.6m、1m (Four pipe for IPX3 and IPX4 test )
l The angle of the placed tube: ±60° in vertical direction and the vertical direction ±90 and 180. (Note : 180 °only suit to test the small-scale items, if turntable restrictions the practical angle may be too small).

l Drenched pressure: 100～500Kpa
l Swing time: every 1s rotation 60 °, can be set from1 to 12s
l The test sample table :The diameter of the heavy and big products is 600～800mm，and the height is 200 (from the ground); the diameter of the light and small products is200／300mm，and the height is 700 to 1200(adjustable from the ground). the small sample platform is lie on the large one., can removable and fluctuation.
l The speed of the test sample table: 1-3r/min (optional)
l Time set: 0～99mm
l The nozzle using the detachable and the 6th pinhole structure, so it is easy to clean or replace
l Materials: the placed tube and the parts which are contact with water are all made by stainless steel, the frame of the placed tube is made by aluminum alloy profiles.
